How it works
- You send 3 things on WhatsApp: your business name, your area, and 3 questions your customers ask.
- We ask each question in ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews or AI Mode, Perplexity and Copilot.
- You get the answers back: screenshots of what each engine said, and the first 3 things we would fix.
What we look at
- Named, cited or missing. Does the answer mention you, link to you, or leave you out?
- The sources. Which websites, directories and reviews the AI used to build its answer.
- Access. Whether your site lets AI crawlers like OAI-SearchBot and Bingbot read it.
- Consistency. Whether your website, Google Business Profile and listings give the same name, address and phone number.
