AI Search Mate is a brand of BrandSwift Sdn Bhd (202301026876), 11-02, Menara EcoWorld BBCC, No. 2, Jalan Hang Tuah, 55100 Kuala Lumpur. This notice explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
- What you send us. When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your name, phone number and what you tell us about your business.
- Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited, from which kind of device and roughly where. It uses cookies. We do not use it to identify you.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to run the free AI check you ask for, to provide our services if you become a client, and to improve this website.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We use service providers to run this website and our messaging, including Google (analytics) and Meta (WhatsApp), who process data on their own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and follow up, and client records for as long as the law requires.
